1.75 cup Light
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
0.75 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain, Cooked
1 cup Chopped Spinach
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Simmered Italian Brown Rice

Heat broth and Italian seasoning in 2-qt. saucepan over medium high heat to a boil. Stir rice and spinach in saucepan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 20 min. or until rice is tender. Stir in cheese. Serve.
