In hot pan (stir fry pan), heat the oil. Add garlic, green onion. bell pepper. Saute for 5 min.Add mushrooms and let it cook for another 3 min. Add meat and shrimp and cook it together until meat/shrimp turns to "done" color. Add diced tomatoes. Add 4 cups water or stock to the meat/shrimp mixture and let it come to boil. Than add the Creole Mix and rice(you can use Oak Grove Smokehouse) and cover. When it comes back to boil then reduce the heat and simmer 20-25 min. Or you can bake this in oven. When rice is cooked, make sure that all the excess of the water is removed and turn the Jambalaya Mix lightly. Fluff it before serving,
