Recipe Ingredients for Sidney's Mashed Cauliflower

3 tbsp 67% Buttery Spread
80 oz Cauliflower
1 serving Friendly Farms Light Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Sidney's Mashed Cauliflower

  1. Boil large pot of water.

  2. Take 3 heads of cauliflower and peel off leaves. Cut up florets and add to boiling water.

  3. Cook for 20-30 minutes until cauliflower can be mashed easily.

  4. Drain cauliflower into a colander, then put cauliflower back into empty pot.

  5. Add butter, sour cream, and seasonings.

  6. Mash until smooth.
