Recipe Ingredients for Sides - Veggie Patties 2

57 grams beets, raw
86 grams celery, raw
631 grams carrot, raw
30 grams lemon juice
10 g Cajun Powder
40 grams water

Recipe Directions for Sides - Veggie Patties 2

  1. Juice carrots, beet, and celery and set pulp aside. Drink juice in the mornings!!!

  2. Take pulp and place in food processor with seasoning and lemon juice.

  3. Process, stopping and scraping sides. This will take a while.

  4. Make 79-80 gram patties with your hands and lay on teflon sheet on dehydrated tray.

  5. Dehydrate for 12 hours at 105-108 degrees.

  6. Flip and dehydrate for another 12 hours.

  7. Great on a cabbage leaf with some homemade ketchup!!!
