1 1/2 oz peas
74 grams mushrooms
115 grams tomatoes
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp Curry Powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp coriander, ground
1/4 tsp ginger, ground
1/8 tsp morton's sea salt
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 dash of black pepper
47 3/5 grams water

Recipe Directions for Sides - Butternut Squash Mater Paneer

  1. Spiralize butternut squash.

  2. Mix soaked peas (soaked for 24 hours. DO NOT COOK!) and chopped mushrooms with squash insides.

  3. Put roma tomatoes, water, and all spices in blender and blend until smooth.

  4. Pour sauce over spaghetti/pea/mushroom mix.

  5. Enjoy!
