Just what the name implies. Does not include dressing, cheese, or bacon.

Recipe Ingredients for Side Salad

14 leaves romaine lettuce
2 baby carrots, shredded
10 oz. grape tomatoes
1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
7 green onions, chopped
1 2/3 oz. croutons

Recipe Directions for Side Salad

  1. Tear lettuce, shred carrots, chop onions, and peel/slice cucumber.

  2. Toss lettuce and carrots together. Arrange cucumbers and tomatoes around the edge of the salad bowl. Plate each salad separately and arrange as desired.
