Recipe Ingredients for Side Salad

1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup cucumbers, peeled, chopped
1/4 cup radishes, sliced
1 tbs olive oil
2 tbs vinegar, cider
1 tsp mustard, dijon
1/2 tsp honey

Recipe Directions for Side Salad

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, mustard and honey.

  2. Add the prepared vegetables and toss up from the bottom until well coated.
