Side salad with balsamic viniagrette.

Recipe Ingredients for Side Salad

1 cup romaine lettuce
1/3 cup cucumber
1/8 red onion
1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
1/2 roma tomato
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp dijon mustard

Recipe Directions for Side Salad

  1. Tear romain leaves and chop vegetables. Place in salad bowl.

  2. Spinkle feta cheese on top.

  3. Whisk together oil, vinegar, honey, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over salad.
