Recipe Ingredients for Sicilian Salad

2 cups romaine lettuce
4 oz skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup sliced tomato
4 kalamata olives
1/4 cup cucumber
1/4 cup roasted red pepper
2 tablespoons light italian dressing

Recipe Directions for Sicilian Salad

  1. Chop romaine lettuce

  2. Slice or dice tomato, cucumber, and roasted red pepper

  3. Slice grilled chicken breast

  4. Toss all ingredients including dressing
