Sauteed mushroms and greens of your choice; I used radish greens

Recipe Ingredients for Shrooms and Greens

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
68 grams Mushrooms
15 grams Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 tsp Garlic
2 cup, chopped Turnip Greens
1 tsp Parsley, Dried
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
2 serving Liquid Smoke

Recipe Directions for Shrooms and Greens

  1. Chop mushrooms and onions.

  2. Heat oil and add mushrooms, onions, and garlic.

  3. Saute until slightly browned.

  4. Chop greens and add to pan.

  5. Saute until warm.

  6. Add basil, parsley, and smoke.

  7. Mix well.
