Quick and easy way to use up any left over 'shrooms in the fridge! Takes less than 20 minutes to make- 10 is you're fast. This main dish or appetizer is a crowd pleaser!

Recipe Ingredients for Shroom Wontons

144 g wrappers (12 wonton wrappers)
15 mushrooms
1/2 cup crumbled cheese

Recipe Directions for Shroom Wontons

  1. Steam mushrooms for 5 minutes or until soft. Let cool and cut into small pieces.

  2. Mix with crumbled cheese.

  3. Place a small spoonful of filling into the center of the wonton wrapper and seal up appropriately. (Instructions on back of the packet.)

  4. Steam dumplings until the dough is semi-transparent.

  5. Enjoy! :]
