1 pound medium shrimp
6 ounces penne
3 medium zucchini
3 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for Shrimp & zucchini

  1. Cook penne according to directions

  2. Peel shrimp, cook in skillet on medium heat until pink

  3. Peel & slice zucchini, add to shrimp

  4. Add olive oil & pasta

  5. Season with pepper, garlic salt, basil & parsley to taste
