Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp in yellow curry

11 fl. oz Trader Joe Yellow Curry Sauce
24 oz kroger mixed stir fry vegetables
1 large Onions
9 sprigs Coriander Leaves
12 oz Large Black Tiger Shrimp Cooked and Peeled
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Recipe Directions for Shrimp in yellow curry

Stir fry onions until wilted then add two bags of frozen veggies and cilantro until thawed. Stir in two bottles of curry sauce and add peeled shrimp. Once you add the shrimp you only need to keep the heat on it for another minute or two. it is done just that fast. Serve over Jasmine rice or just by itself in a bowl
