Recipe Ingredients for shrimp w wine and garlic.

32 oz Shrimp Cold Water
4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 clove Garlic
4 oz Parsley
3 oz Sherry
1 serving White Cooking Wine
2 Glass Wine
2 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons

Recipe Directions for shrimp w wine and garlic.

saute garlic(finely chopped or pressed) in butter and oil. Cook for 15 minutes on very low heat. Remove garlic only.( Dont brown garlic). Saute shrimp (2 lbs.) until pink. Remove. To pan add lemon juice, wine, parsely. when thorougly cooked, add shrimp. Cook only until hot.
