Easy and quick shrimp with vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and veggies

4 serving Member's Mark Uncooked Jumbo Shrimp
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 serving Ground Cumin
1 lime yields Lime Juice
2 tsp Garlic

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and veggies

  1. Sautee the onions, bell peppers, and garlic in the olive oil; place aside when done.

  2. Cook shrimp and add paprika, cumin, black pepper, and half of the lime juice.
