Shrimp and Veggies Recipe

Really yummy. add a sweet potato on the side and it's a great healthy option for lunch!!

Recipe Ingredients for shrimp and veggies

12 ounces shrimp
1 tablespoon canola oil
12 ounces snap peas
2 leaves basil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lite soy sauce
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for shrimp and veggies

In a large skillet pan heat the oil. Mince the garlic and add to the oil. Cook on a medium heat for 4 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook for 5 more minutes. chop up the basil and add to mix. Add the lemon juice and soy sauce to the mix and cook for another 8-10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to your liking. Tastes great with brown rice or a sweet potato. Enjoy!
