Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and veggie ww pasta

20 ounces large shrimp
6 1/2 ounces uncooked whole wheat pasta
2 tbsp garlic
2 tbsp red bell pepper
1 cup onion
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup asparagus
3/4 cup light alfredo sauce

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and veggie ww pasta

  1. boil pasta until tender.

  2. sautee shrimp and onion until brown and add red pepper and garlic and asparagus

  3. add tomatoes and juice, cook until all shrimp are done, and then add alfredo sauce and cook until sauce is slightly thicker

  4. pour over pasta
