Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and Veggie Stir Fry

1 cup Bok Choy
1 medium raw Carrots
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
0.5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1 tsp Ginger Root
1 clove Garlic
8 oz Shrimp, Mixed Species
0.67 serving Tamari
1 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and Veggie Stir Fry

  1. Chop the Bok Choy, julienne the carrot, cut the onion in chunks, thinly slice lengthwise both peppers.

  2. In a very hot wok or large pan, put oil and all vegetables and seasonings all at once and stir-fry on high for 4-5 minutes. Take out th!e vegetables with slotted spoon. Put in the shrimp and stir fry til cooked. Add vegetables and toss together. Serve hot! Yum!
