1 1/4 lbs. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 c. virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 c. fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 lb. asparagus

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Veggie in a packet

Combine all ingredients. Arrange mixture into 4 foil packets, putting protein on top. Fold up foild and bake for 15 minutes in a 500 degree oven, or on a hot grill for 8 minutes. Let stand for 3 minutes before serving.
