i always have some veggies around the house, so I decide to use what was on the fridge.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and vegetables a la chinese

4 oz Onions
4 3/10 oz Yellow Zucchini
6 1/5 oz Cabbage
15 oz Cauliflower
5 2/5 oz Shrimps
2 tsp Pure Sesame Oil
1 oz Ginger
3 tsp Garlic
1 oz Regular Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and vegetables a la chinese

  1. cut all vegies bite size. Start by sauteed the cauli flower (hard vegies first) in sesame oil and soy sauce, then add onions, garlic, ginger, and shrimp (I always buy pink shrimp=pre cooked. If using fresh, sauteed the shrimp first with garlic, ginger untill pink and put aside in a separeted plate untill everything else is ready)

  2. After add shrimp, add zucchini and cabbage and let cook for 1 minute. Then add sesame seeds and green onions for last.

  3. You can serve over white rice or noodles (Soba or Udon are very good with veggies)
