Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and Vegetable Stir fry

1 green bell pepper
1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli
1 1/2 cups chopped cauliflower
1/2 yellow squash
16 large shrimp
96 g boil-in bag uncle ben's brown rice
.56 serving Naturally Brewed Less Sodium Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and Vegetable Stir fry

  1. Bring 2qt water to a boil, add boil-in bag rice for 10 minutes.

  2. Coarsely chop broccoli, cauliflower, and green pepper. Slice and halve yellow squash.

  3. Cook shrimp until completely done over medium heat, once done add vegetables and gently saute.

  4. When the rice is finished, stir into vegetables and shrimp, then add soy sauce.
