Quick and easy pasta dinner. Makes 8-10 servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp & Vegetable Fettuccine

16 oz. Fettuccine
15 oz. Alfredo Sauce
1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1/4 lb Broccoli, chopped
1/4 lb Portabello Mushroom, sliced
15 Raw Shrimp, Peeled & Devined
1 T Olive Oil
1/2 tsp White Wine
1 T Salt

Recipe Directions for Shrimp & Vegetable Fettuccine

  1. Boil water for pasta is large pot, add salt and pepper to taste(optional).

  2. Thinly slice the bell pepper, broccoli florette, and portabello mushrooms.

  3. Heat olive oil and white wine in a saute pan.

  4. Add chopped vegetables to saute pan and cook on low.

  5. Once water comes to a boil add 1 box of fettuccine noodles. Cook for approximately 12-15 minutes. Or according to package directions.

  6. When pasta is halfway done, begin boiling water to cook shrimp. Once water is boiling add raw shrimp, cook for about 3-5 minutes.

  7. Once done cooking, drain pasta and place back in pot. Drain shrimp and rinse with cold water.

  8. Pour alfredo sauce in a pan and heat. Once sauce is warm add vegetables and shrimp.

  9. Pour sauce and veggie/shrimp mix over warm pasta noodles. Serve and eat.
