Shrimp, tomatoes, bell pepper and Feta Cheese mix served oover a fresh green dakad

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp, tomatoes, bell pepper and Feta Cheese mix

2 tbls olive oil
15 oz tomatoes,diced garlic & onion
1 green bell pepper
1 tbls garlic, chopped
1 lb shrimp, uncooked & deveined
2 tbls oregano, fresh
2 tbls oregano, dry
1 tsp. hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Shrimp, tomatoes, bell pepper and Feta Cheese mix

Heat oil in lg. skillet over med. hi heat. Add tomatoes chopped bell pepper and garlic.Stir until bell pepper is tender ( 4 min. ). Add shrimp. Afterr 3 minutes add oregano and tobasco. Season with salt and pepper to taste remove from heat. Stir in Feta cheese and serve.
