Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp tomatoes and basil

6 shrimp, small2 small tomatoes
1 garlic clove, diced
1 scallion, sliced
1/2 cup white wine
1 pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable broth
1 tablespoon Basil

Recipe Directions for Shrimp tomatoes and basil

  1. In a pan add the broth, scallion, wine, garlic and the shrimp over high heat.

  2. Once it boils lower to low heat until done.

  3. Serve with basil shredded fresh basil on top.
