Recipe Ingredients for shrimp tomato sauce

1/2 lb. shrimp
4 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. red wine
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp dried basil

Recipe Directions for shrimp tomato sauce

  1. combine tomato sauce, red wine, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper, basil and cheese.

  2. simmer on med. low for 30 min

  3. add shrimp and calamari. if calamari is already cooked, just heat shrimp. if raw, simmer for another 20 -30 min until calamari is done
