Any pasta can be used. Sherry or white wine could be substituted for the broth.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and Tomato Pasta

16 oz Large Shrimp, raw
12 oz Rigatoni Dry
28 oz Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
1 packet Sweetener
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 cup Chicken Broth
3 Teaspoon Juice

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and Tomato Pasta

  1. cook pasta according to package directions

  2. cook garlic in olive oil

  3. add tomatoes and broth and boil for 5 minutes

  4. add shrimp, lemon juice and red pepper flakes and cook until done

  5. pour sauce over pasta, top with green onions

  6. top with grated parmesan cheese, if desired
