This is a shrimp linguine recipe with a tomato, parmesan, white wine sauce. The sauce is good with other seafood, fish, and chicken as well.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Tomato Parmesan Linguine

1 pound shrimp, thawed
14 1/2 ounce diced tomatoes
1 small white onion
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 pound linguine, dry

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Tomato Parmesan Linguine

In large skillet, sweat onions and chopped garlic in olive oil. Add white wine and bring to boil. Add crushed tomatoes and shrimp. Cook until shrimp are tender. Reduce heat to low and stir in parmesan cheese until melted. In stockpot bring water to boil and add linguinie noodles. Cook until slightly firm. Drain water and add noodles to shrimp mixture. Season with herbs & spices to taste.
