Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp-tofu egg drop soup

14 oz tofu, extra firm, cubed
4 cups chicken broth
1 tsp ginger root, grated
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 carrot, julienned
3 c baby bok choy, chopped
12 prawns, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
2 eggs
1 egg white

Recipe Directions for Shrimp-tofu egg drop soup

Heat chicken broth, tofu, ginger, garlic, and carrot to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until carrots are almost tender. Add bok choy and simmer until wilted. Add shrimp and simmer until just cooked. Whisk egg and white together and drizzle into pot while stirring. Add green onions and serve.
