Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Tacos

36 large Shrimp, Mixed Species
0.13 cup Cornstarch
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Pepper, White
1 serving Ground Cumin
1/4 tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Paprika
16 wedge yields Lime Juice
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
1 cup, shredded Cabbage, Red
1 serving Mayo
1 serving Chipotles In Adobo Sauce Peppers
12 tortilla 6'' Small Flour Tortillas

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Tacos

Combine cornstarch and spices, dredge shrimp, fry in canola oil. Combine mayo and chipotles in a food processor until smooth. Serve shrimp in flour tortilla with cabbage, aioli, and a squeeze of lime. 1 serving is 3 tacos (3 shrimp in each taco).
