0.5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
2 tbsp Salad Dressing, Mayonnaise Type, Regular
2 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Stuffing for Avocado

Mix everything together and add lime juice to keep from browning. Spoon in to avocado halves.
