I need to figure this more accurately. the calories per serving seem high

Recipe Ingredients for shrimp stir fry

2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons ginger
6 garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper
4 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 yellow onion
1 bell pepper
12 ounces shrimp
1/2 lb snow peas
2 tablespoons raw cashews
2 cups cooked brown rice

Recipe Directions for shrimp stir fry

  1. first 6 ingredients are the sauce that is added in the las couple minutes of stir fry
