Shrimp w/broccoli, bean sprouts and carrots

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Stir Fry

2 pounds raw shrimp
1 tbsp oil
3 cloves of garlic
8 ounces of shredded carrots
8 ounces of broccoli
8 ounces of bean sprouts
1 tbsp of cornstarch
1 tbsp of soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Stir Fry

Combine cornstarch and soy sauce. Set aside. Chop garlic. Add oil to wok or stir fry pan. Add garlic and vegetables. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until done. Add cornstarch mixture to thicken to desired consistency.
