Came from Womans' Day Magazine; but I change out the scallot for red bell pepper and omitted the soy sauce; very good and very filling. Doubling the Shrimp well Serve 4

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Stir Fry

1 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 oz Corn Starch
4 serving frederick barbecue sauce
0.5 cup Orange Juice
1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Stir Fry

  1. 1. Cook rice according to directions

  2. 2. Zest orange; dicing up four pieces.

  3. 3. Squeez rest of orange into a bowl; add corn starch and barbecue sauce; stir

  4. 4. In a skillet, steam broccoli in 1/2 cup of water until cooked but not soft; about 2 - 3 mintues

  5. 5. Drain broccoli

  6. 6. Add oil to skillet

  7. 7. Cook Shrimp in oil until light clear

  8. 8. Add broccolli

  9. 9. Dice up red bell pepper and add to skillet

  10. 10. Add BBQ mixture to skillet

  11. 11. Stir mixture in skillet and cook until tender

  12. 12. Fold orange zest into rice.

  13. 13. Place rice on dish and Shrimp mixture on top' serve
