Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Stir Fry

9 ounces shrimp, large
2 tbs olive oil, extra virgin
1 onion, medium
2 celery stalks, large
2 tomatoes, medium
13 1/2 ounce canned spinach
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Stir Fry

  1. Saute onions, celery, tomatoes, spinach and seasonings for twenty minutes.

  2. Add shrimp, heat for five minutes

  3. Serve
