A delicious stir-fry with vegetables and shrimp.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Stir-Fry

16 oz Cooked Shrimp
2 tbsp Canola Oil
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
3/4 cup Onion, diced
1/2 cup Carrots, shredded
1/2 cup Cabbage, sliced
1/2 cup Scallions, diced
1/2 cup Zucchini, sliced
2 tbsp Corn Starch
3 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Stir-Fry

  1. Mix corn starch and soy sauce and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in large skillet.

  3. Add vegetables and garlics powder.

  4. Mix regularly until vegetables are browned.

  5. Add shrimp.

  6. Mix regularly until shrimp is browned.

  7. Remove Heat.

  8. Drain excess liquid.

  9. Add sauce and mix quickly.

  10. Serve over rice (optional)
