Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Stir Fry

12 ounces Shrimp, large
1/2 red onion
1 carrot
1 red pepper
1 zucchini
4 button mushrooms
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup snow peas
1 clove garlic
2 tsp honey
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp lite soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 cup brown rice

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Stir Fry

  1. Boil 1/2 cup brown rice

  2. Cut Carrot and Zucchini into 1 inch by 1/4 inch pieces , cut pepper into 1 inch squares, slice red onion and remove strings from snow peas..

  3. In a wok or pan, heat oil and fry garlic until fragrent.

  4. Add broccoli florets and carrots and saute for about 2 minutes. Add rest of the vegetables for about another minute.

  5. Add honey, vinegar, soy sauce and tomatoe sauce and cook for 1 more minute.

  6. Serve with cooked brown rice.
