Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Stir Fry

1 lb shrimp
1/2 c red bell pepper
1/2 c green bell pepper
1/2 c orange bell pepper
1/2 c onion
3 mushrooms
6 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp dried ginger

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Stir Fry

  1. Remove tails from large shrimp (already cooked)

  2. Slice all veggies

  3. Put veggies and shrimp in a large bowl

  4. In a separate bowl mix soy sauce, lite (reduced calorie) maple syrup, Olive Oil, garlic and ginger powder together

  5. Pour liquid mixture over shrimp and veggies

  6. Marinate 30 minutes - 1 hour in refrigerator

  7. Heat non-stick pan to medium high heat

  8. Spray with Pam

  9. Put vegetable/shrimp mixture in pan and sautee until vegetables are tender and shrimp is heated

  10. Serve over rice if desired.
