Yummy easy and healthy stir fry.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Stir Fry

32 large fresh shrimp
3 cups broccoli
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup soy beans
1/2 cup Shoyu
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp splenda
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup bean sprouts
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 cup water
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 cup cooked white rice

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Stir Fry

  1. fry shrimp in sesame oil

  2. add broccoli, carrots, soy beans

  3. separately mix garlic, splenda, cornstarch, low sodium sauce, ginger and pour over stir fry

  4. Add bean sprouts

  5. Serve with rice
