Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Stir-Fry

16 oz Shrimp
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
8 grams Rice Vinegar
0.5 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
0.5 tsp Garlic
0.5 tsp Ginger Root
2 cup, chopped Onions
0.75 cup, chopped Broccoli
20 oz Snow Peas
3 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
4 oz Bell Pepper Green
1/2 cup Water Chestnuts (Sliced)

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Stir-Fry

  1. ? 16 oz. shrimp, peeled

  2. ? 1 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce

  3. ? 2 tsp. rice vinegar

  4. ? 1/2 cup fat-free chicken broth

  5. ? 1/2 tsp. minced garlic

  6. ? 1/2 tsp. minced ginger

  7. ? 2 cup red onion, sliced in wedges

  8. ? 3/4 cup broccoli florets

  9. ? 2-1/2 cup cups snow peas, trimmed

  10. ? 3 cup mushrooms, halved

  11. ? 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, cubed

  12. ? 1/2 cup water chestnuts, canned, drained

  13. Rinse shrimp and drain well. Heat the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and two tablespoons of the chicken broth in a saute pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and saute until tender. Add all the vegetables to the pan and continue sauteing, stirring and adding broth as necessary. Add shrimp when the vegetables are half cooked and saute until the vegetables are tender and the shrimp is opaque. Serves 3.
