Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Stir Fry

1 small zucchini
1 small yellow squash
8 oz Sliced Mushrooms
1 large onion
1 yellow bell pepper
2 T Ginger Root
4 stalks celery
1 1/2 T olive oil
210 g (8oz ) medium shrimp
2 T soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Stir Fry

Cut veggies for stir fry, add oil to wok or skillet. Place onions, celery, bell pepper in first, cook briefly, add remaining veggies, soy sauce ginger. Cook until desired tenderness is nearly complete. Add shrimp and cook until finished,
