1/2 medium zucchini
1/3 cup onion
1/3 cup green pepper
1/3 cup carrots
1 tsp olive oil
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp corn starch
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp sesame oil
6 large shrimp

  2. add cooked quinoa

  3. in a saucepan, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, corn starch, let it thicken

  4. combine and serve
