1/2 cup green beans
1/3 cup onion, diced
2/3 cup eggplant, chopped
1 tsp garlic, chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
1 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Shrimp stir fry w/o Shrimp

  1. add butter to hot pan

  2. add shrimp and eggplant, then green pepper, onions and beans. Add garlic and ginger. Stir until all is cooked.
