Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Stir Fry b

170 grams Shrimp, Mixed Species
0.25 tsp Soy Sauce
0.17 oz Rice Vinegar
0.25 cup Fat Free Vegetable Broth
0.25 tsp Garlic
0.25 tsp Ginger Root
0.5 cup chopped Red Onion
1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli, Cooked
1.5 cup pieces Mushrooms
0.33 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
0.75 oz Water Chestnuts

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Stir Fry b

  1. Rinse shrimp and drain.

  2. Heat soy sauce, rice vinegar and 2 Tbsp of broth in a sauce pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and saute until tender

  3. Add all veggies to the pan and continue to saute, stirring and adding more broth as necessary. Add shrimp when the veggies are halfway cooked and saute until the veggies are tender and shrimp are opaque.
