1 pound shrimp
2 scallions
2 tomatoes
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons honey
2 tablespoons cilantro

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Spring Salad (WW)

Chop cooked shrimp (I used salad shrimp), tomatoes, scallions in bowl. Whisk together cilantro, honey, oil, and lime juice. Mix. Salt and pepper to taste.
