Shrimp and Spinach Salad with Honey Vinegarette

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and Spinach Salad with Honey Vinegarette

40 large shrimp
6 tbsp marinade
4 tbsp olive oil
8 cups spinach leaves
4 cups lettuce
1 cup cucumbers
1 cup grape tomatoes
1/4 cup onion
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
6 tbsp crumbled blue cheese

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and Spinach Salad with Honey Vinegarette

  1. marinate shrimp 2 hours

  2. sautee shrimp in 2 tbsp olive oil, remove shrimp from pan

  3. add balsamic vinegar and scrap pan

  4. add honey and remaining 2 tbsp olive oil

  5. serve warm dressing over remaining ingredients

  6. sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles
