Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Spinach Feta Omelet

2 egg whites
1/2 cups baby spinach
2 tbsp feta cheese
1 oz cooked shrimp

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Spinach Feta Omelet

Spray PAM or olive oil lightly on pan, beat egg whites and pour once pan is hot. As eggs start to become solid, add baby spinach, cheese and shrimp. Fold over. Turn once. Served when fully cooked.
