Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp and spinach alfredo

1 tbs margarine
1 tbs flour
2 c skim milk
1/2 c parmesean cheese
1 lb shrimp
2 c spinach
8 oz whole wheat spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Shrimp and spinach alfredo

  1. melt margarine in a sauce pan add flour until browned then add milk stir until thickened add parmesean cheese.

  2. Meanwhile prepare spaghetti

  3. saute shrimp in a skillet w/ cooking spray-when cooked through add raw spinach and toss until wilted- add to spaghetti and cover with sauce.
