I like my spaghetti creamy which is why I have to use the fat free stuff in order to get less fats in there.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp & spaghetti

16 oz spaghetti
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup green peppers, chopped
21 shrimp
1/2 cup low fat cream cheese
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1/4 cup 1% milk

Recipe Directions for Shrimp & spaghetti

  1. Cook spaghetti according to box.

  2. In a big pot, add the butter and oil, once warmed up, add garlic, onion and pepper, cook for about 5 minutes, stir occasionally.

  3. Add shrimp, cook until all pink.

  4. Add dairy items, and stir, cook for another 2 minutes, and then mix in the spaghetti.

  5. Serve immediately, ENJOY!
