Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Soup

12 oz Shrimp, Mixed Species
12 serving Milk
1 cup, diced Celery
4 oz Onions
1 Teaspoon Thyme
1/4 tsp Cayenne
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
2 clove Garlic
0.02 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 1tsp Olive Oil
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Soup

Chop vegetables and saute in olive oil. Add flour and simmer for a few minutes. Add water to make a rue. Add spices and cooking wine. Add milk and simmer. Serve hot.
