Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp soup

32 oz Shrimps
6 medium (2-1/4" to 2-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
8 oz Carrots, Baby
1/2 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage

Recipe Directions for Shrimp soup

Boil potatoes and carrots until almost done. Add seasonings, red curry paste, season salt, fish sauce, very little vinegar, soy sauce. When almost done add cabbage and shrimp. cook another 10 minutes. Enjoy over white rice or by itself.
